CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – The Horry County Planning Commission meets Thursday afternoon to discuss the potential development of 565 acres of land off Highway 905.
The commission will discuss an ordinance to approve a development agreement between Horry County and EIP Venture Partners, LLC. The agreement is in regards to 565.75 acres of land located near the intersection of Old Buck Creek Road and Highway 905 in Longs. The proposed agreement includes a mixture of homes and businesses.
During the meeting, a new 23-acre solar farm developed by Battle Solar, LLC – to potentially be located along Highway 9 – will also be discussed.
The group meets Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Horry County Government & Justice Center, Multipurpose Rooms, located at 1301 Second Avenue in Conway.
