Firefighters respond to small travel trailer fire early Thursday morning

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Firefighters from the North Myrtle Beach and Horry County fire departments responded to a small fire on Sea Mountain Hwy. around 2 a.m. Friday.

Horry County Fire Rescue said the fire was in a travel trailer, according to a tweet at 2:12 a.m. North Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue posted on Facebook that the trailer was in a fenced lot behind a business. The address given for the fire was 3456 Sea Mountain Highway, which is the location for Myco’s Collision, but the fire was described as being behind the adjacent Billy the Kid’s restaurant.

At 2:19 a.m. HCFR tweeted the fire was out and there were no reports of injuries.
