Firefighters were called to assist two boaters whose catamaran had overturned off of Pawleys Island.
According to Midway Fire Rescue Chief Doug Eggiman, firefighters were called out to the water just off the Pawleys Island pier at 3:05 p.m., Sunday. Chief Eggiman said that no one was injured when the boat turned over.
The fire department launched boats and brought the catamaran to the shore along with the two passengers.
