Fire fighters respond to smoke call in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Horry County fire fighters responded to a reported apartment fire. 

According to the Horry County Fire Rescue official twitter page, fire fighters responded to a reported apartment fire at 3835 Cape Landing Drive. The first units on scene reported that it was a three story apartment building with smoke in one apartment unit. 

Horry County Fire Rescue later tweeted that there was only light smoke coming from the air handling unit in one apartment and no one was injured.
