CAROLINA FOREST AREA, SC (WBTW) – A due date for construction bids for the Carolina Forest Boulevard widening project is set for May.
Horry County officials met for a meeting about infrastructure and regulation on Tuesday. News13’s Maggie Lorenz was at that meeting.
Construction bids for the project are due May 3.
Pending no protests, construction is expected to begin in early June.
Officials say they are looking at about a two-year contract for the project.
