CONWAY, SC (WBTW)- Friday marked day four of testimony in Tammy Moorer’s trial. She’s being tried in connection to the 2013 disappearance of Heather Elvis. Friday’s testimony centered around surveillance footage.

The prosecution called David Guandt to the stand. His business near Peachtree Landing has surveillance cameras that face Mill Pond Road.

After Heater Elvis’ disappearance, police asked to look at the footage for a specific date and time. That date was later confirmed in court as December 18th, 2013, the day Elvis went missing.

Quandt testified you see a vehicle drive pass his business going towards Peachtree Road at 3:39 and drive back by at 3:46. The prosecution fast forwards the video to 4:10 where Quandt testified it looks like an emergency vehicle possibly a police car driving by towards Peachtree Rd.

The prosecution called Grant Fredericks, a forensic video expert to the stand. He testified to analyzing surveillance footage from cameras outside of a previous witness’ home on highway 814. that shows a vehicle pass by towards Peachtree Road.

He also analyzed surveillance footage shown to the jury Thursday from outside a witness’ business which faces Mill Pond Road.

That video also shows a vehicle passing by heading to Peachtree Road.

Both videos were from December 18th, 2013, the day Heather Elvis went missing.

Her car was found abandoned at Peachtree Landing.

Fredicks said based on his analysis of similar vehicles, including headlight patterns, he felt like the make and model of the car in the video is a Ford F-150.

He said after more testing, he believed the truck in the video matches the Moorer’s, and was on the move at the same time as Heather Elvis’ phone. The defense argued there are several variables that could hinder Fredericks’ analysis.

The defense also asked if Fredericks if he could tell who’s driving, how many people are in the car, or car’s destination. Fredericks answered no.

Testimony resumes Monday morning.
