A man has died after a fall from a hotel in Myrtle Beach.
Captain Joey Crosby, with the Myrtle Beach Police Department, says a man died on Wednesday evening after he fell from the Patricia Grand Hotel on the 2700 block of N. Ocean Boulevard.
Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden identified the victim as 66-year-old Timothy Bartholomew from Raleigh. His death was accidental and the fall was caused by a sudden medical event.
