CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Horry County Fire Rescue and Conway fire crews were called to a crash on Dunn Shortcut Road where officials confirm at least one person died.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 9:25 p.m. Monday night.
The driver was traveling eastbound when they ran off the right side of the road, struck a ditch and the car overturned.
The Horry County coroner’s office identified the victim as 23-year-old Amanda Cole, of Conway. Cole died from mass trauma due to the car crash.
