CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – Police in Conway are warning residents of a telephone scam in the area.
Someone is making calls and saying they are with Conway PD, a Facebook post from the department says.
The person impersonating police is reportedly asking residents to send them money.
Conway police reminds everyone the agency would never call to ask for money.
