Conway Fire Department crews responded to a car in the water on Monday afternoon.
According to Taylor Newell, the public information officer with the City of Conway, Conway Fire crews responded to a crash around 4 p.m. on Highway 65 and Bulk Plant Road.
The crash was a one vehicle accident and one person was taken to the hospital out of precaution, Newell says.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
