Carolina teams compete in wheelchair basketball tournament

Teams from North and South Carolina are competing in the Carolina Wheelchair Conference Championship Tournament. 

The tournament is being held at the North Myrtle Beach Aquatic & Fitness Center, March 10th and 11th. 

The teams competing in the tournament are: The Charlotte Rollin Hornets, The Fayetteville Flyers, The Port City Spokesman, The Triad Trackers, The Triangle Thunder, The Richland County Recreation Commission Lightnings, and the Spartanburg Pistons. 

Tip-off is at 9 a.m. both days, with the championship game taking place at noon on Sunday. 

The games are free and open to the public.
