Horry County Fire Rescue responded to a vehicle fire on SC-22 Friday evening, according to Chief John Fowler.
Fowler tells us the car fire was on SC-22 between the 21 and 22 mile markers. The fire was called in at 6:30 p.m. and there are no reported injuries.
SC Highway Patrol was on scene helping with traffic around the incident.
Firefighters are still investigating how the fire started.
