A car caught fire along Highway 22 in Horry County Thursday afternoon.
A News13 viewer sent us video of the car as flames shot from it near the 905 exit.
Horry County Fire Rescue spokesperson Tony Casey tells News13 no one was hurt in the incident. He says a driver noticed their vehicle smoking and pulled over. That’s when the car caught fire.
Traffic is currently backed up on Highway 22 West between 90 and 905, due to a vehicle fire.

The fire department was on scene putting out the flames.
