All lanes of South Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach are closed from 3rd Avenue South to 5th Avenue South due to a crash, according to the North Myrtle Beach Fire department.
Four medic units with Horry County Fire Rescue are on the scene assisting.
People are asked to avoid the area.
