The Horry County Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing 83-year-old man who has dementia.
Frank Ferreira was last seen in Horry County around 11:30 a.m. Friday.
Police say there is ‘strong reason to believe he may be traveling on US Route 25 near Weaverville, NC’, earlier in the evening.
Ferreira is described as 5’11” and 110 pounds, with brown eyes and gray/white hair.
Police say he is believed to be driving a red 2012 4-door Dodge Ram with a camper shell on the back and SC plate QQM-434.
