2 restaurants considered for land where hotel was planned in Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) –  Two restaurants are being considered for a piece of land in Myrtle Beach where a hotel was once planned.

According to Mark Kruea, with the City of Myrtle Beach, Homewood Suites stopped pursuit of work in the 1800 block of S. Ocean Blvd. The location is now being considered for a Bubba’s Fish Shack and an Ultimate California Pizza.

According to the city’s most recent weekly permit report, a “conceptual review” was held Thursday.
