Two people are in critical condition following a crash Sunday in North Myrtle Beach.
According to Horry County Fire Rescue, the crash happened at the intersection of Hill Street and Sea Mountain Highway just before 2:15 p.m. The crash involved multiple vehicles and people being trapped,
Two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
North Myrtle Beach Fire Rescue led the response with Horry County Fire Rescue assisting.
