Horry County Fire Rescue crews are responding to a multi-vehicle crash.
A tweet from Horry County Fire Rescue says crews are on the scene of a four vehicle crash at 2794 Highway 501 in the Aynor area. Crews are treating two critically injured patients who were ejected and are performing extrication on another person. Crews are also asking people avoid the area.
