NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – One person is dead after a crash involving a golf cart Thursday in North Myrtle Beach, according to Chief Garry Spain, with the North Myrtle Beach Fire Department.
The Horry County Coroner’s office identified the person killed as 60-year-old Jeffrey Friday of North Myrtle Beach.
The crash involving a golf cart and a pick-up truck happened around 12:05 p.m. in the area of 13th Avenue South, Spain said. Friday and another person who was injured were taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, where Friday later died.
