HARTSVILLE, S.C. (WBTW)- Darlington County deputies arrested a man after they say they found a meth lab.

According to Sheriff Wayne Byrd, deputies went to a home on Crowley Street, near Hartsville, on Wednesday after getting a complaint from a citizen.

Deputies say they found several one pot methamphetamine labs inside, as well as methamphetamine.

46-year-old Charles Stokes of Surfside Beach is charged with possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, illegal disposal of methamphetamine and having an outstanding warrant.

The Hartsville City Fire Department also responded to the scene.

Stokes remains in the Darlington County Detention Center.

Sheriff Byrd says it is an ongoing investigation, and deputies are getting additional warrants on other suspects involved.
