Grand Strand health coach offers tips for clean kitchen

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Leslie O’Neill is a Health Coach in Myrtle Beach. She focuses on wellness and health through eating.O’Neill suggests you eat large servings of vegetables every day. She says the more you cook the vegetables, the more nutrients the food loses. She suggests using a steaming pot to lightly steam the vegetables to prepare them.

O’Neill also suggests women use freshly-squeezed lemon juice opposed to purchasing pre-packaged juices.

Finally, O’Neil advises women to use a hand chopper to chop fresh herbs, like basil.
