COLUMBIA, SC – Governor Haley appeared on network TV Wednesday morning, the day after her GOP response to President Obama’s State of the Union Address.

On several morning shows, including CBS This Morning, Haley said she was referring to several things when she said “during anxious times, it can be tempting to follow the siren call of the angriest voices. We must resist that temptation.”  Haley said GOP Presidential frontrunner Donald Trump was not exempt from being one of those.

Trump has been calling for a ban on Muslims entering the US.  Haley said that legal immigrants make up the fabric of our country.

When asked about a potential nod as a candidate for Vice President, Haley said if a Presidential candidate wanted to sit down and talk, she would.
