PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. (WBTW)- The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects they say tried to rob a Waffle House.

Deputies say the two suspects tried to enter the Waffle House on Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island around 11:30 Saturday night. Witnesses told deputies they say the two men walking around the building, and one had a long gun. Employees said they locked the doors, and the men ran away, towards the west.

Nobody was hurt.

Deputies say the first suspect is a man, between 5’8″ and 5’10”, and was wearing a blue jacket and dark pants.

The second suspect, also a man, has a dark complexion, is between 6′ and 6’2″, and was wearing a striped shirt, dark pants, and a ball cap. His face was partially covered, and he was carrying a long gun, thought to be a shotgun.
