ANDREWS, SC (WBTW) — Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man accused of stealing several motorcycles for a chop shop. 25-year-old Javon Cumbee faces charges for receiving stolen goods and for attempting to violate the state’s Chop Shop, Stolen and Altered Property Act.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies recovered stolen motorcycles and ATVs, as well as motorcycle parts and accessories from places in Charleston, Florence and Georgetown counties.

Officials took Cumbee to the Georgetown County Detention Center.
