MURRELLS INLET, SC (WBTW) – Deputies with the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office are looking for help finding the man responsible for robbing Twisters Soft Serve located on Highway 17 Business in Murrells Inlet.
According to the press release from spokesperson Alma Sierra, at 5:26 p.m., a male suspect demanded money from an employee and ran away with the cash.
Witnesses say the man was wearing a dark baseball cap, black shoes, and had a deep voice. No one was injured in the incident, and investigators say the victim never saw a weapon.
