Green Sea Floyds’ Akil Gause and West Florence’s Ryan Roberts are the Blitz Players of the Week for Week 4 of the high school football season.
Gause, who earned the Grand Strand honor, piled up 154 yards and two touchdowns on just five carries as the Trojans beat Military Magnet 53-6.
Roberts was 18-of-27 for 256 yards and four touchdowns as West Florence beat Camden 37-34 to break a 13-game losing streak. He was named the Pee Dee Player of the Week.
