MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – The Atlanta woman charged with accessory in connection with the murder of Timothy Buckley of Myrtle Beach has been extradited to Horry County.
Bernithia Young, 33, was booked into J. Reuben Long Detention Center Sunday afternoon and denied bond Monday morning in a Horry County courtroom.
Young was arrested in Atlanta Nov. 17.
Also charged in the crime is Johnathan Lamar Hillary, 29, of Augusta, Georgia. He faces one count of murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. An extradition date for Hillary has not been confirmed.
Timothy F. Buckley was reported missing on Sept. 30. and his remains were found in a field off of Rodeo Drive on Nov. 10.
