CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – The funeral for former Horry County council member James Frazier was held Tuesday afternoon.
Frazier passed away last week, just months after retiring from the council he served on for 35 years.
The viewing began at 12:30 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church on Grainger Road and the service started at 1 p.m.
After the service, there was a public fellowship and meal at the Fraizer Community Center in Bucksport.
