LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Lansing station WLNS’ chief meteorologist made a friendly wager with former coworker and friend Ron Roberts, the Chief Meteorologist at KAMC in Lubbock, Texas for the Final Four.
The matchup between the Texas Tech Red Raiders in Lubbock and Michigan State Spartans in East Lansing this Saturday was the perfect backdrop for this friendly competition between chief meteorologists.
At stake is pride and bragging rights, if Michigan State wins which is “a foregone conclusion,” Roberts will wear a Michigan State shirt and David is allowed to use that photo however he would like.
Of course if the number three seeded Red Raiders are somehow able to pull off a win, David will be wearing a Texas Tech shirt.
The Spartans take on the Red Raiders in Minneapolis on Saturday, April 6th.
