FLORENCE, SC – BlueChoice HealthPlan Medicaid is sponsoring their final Farmers Market Day’s on September 17, and October 15, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at 369 West Cheves St. in Florence. The Florence City Center Farmers Market is located across the street from the Florence Darlington Tech Parking Garage.
The first 100 participants will receive fresh produce at no cost to them. There will be fun activities, giveaways and much more. Residents can also speak with representatives and learn important health and wellness information.
The market features local farmers and artisans from the surrounding cities and counties. The farmers have a variety of fresh produce, meat, dairy and bread. There are also some craft vendors.
