DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – Four homes were evacuated Tuesday night after a gas leak in Darlington, fire chief Pat Cavanaugh confirmed to News13.
The leak is near Avenue D between South Main and First Street.
As of 10:40 p.m., Cavanaugh expected the evacuation to end in about an hour.
Crews from South Carolina Electric and Gas haven’t released the cause of the leak.
