PAWLEYS ISLAND, SC (WBTW)- The Pawleys Island Police Department reports that former Police Chief Guy Osborne has died.
The Police Department posted the below message:“With heavy hearts we inform you of the sudden passing of past Police Chief Guy Osborne. He had been with PIPD for 10 yrs & retired in 2012.”
