FLORENCE, S.C. (WBTW) – Florence County Sheriff’s investigators continue to search for a suspects wanted in connection to a weekend homicide at a local restaurant.

Deputies were called to the Zaxby’s on West Lucas Street around 8 a.m. Saturday morning.

Major Mike Nunn said the victim was found inside the Zaxby’s when deputies arrived.

Coroner Keith von Lutcken identified the victim as 28-year-old Ivory Henry, III, from Florence.

Von Lutcken said Monday the autopsy revealed that Henry died from multiple gunshot wounds.

In a statement released to News13, Owner and operator Britt Poston says:

“Zaxby’s is a family company and we are dealing with a terrible tragedy today. Please join us in supporting our associate’s family today, and the entire Florence community, as we deal with the loss of one of our family members. We are doing everything we can to cooperate with local law enforcement in their investigation and this will remain as our highest priority until we can bring closure to this tragic event.  Our thoughts are with the Florence community and the family of our team member.”

Nunn said the sheriff’s office is asking the public to contact CrimeStoppers or the Florence County Sheriff’s Department with any information about this case.
