The stars were out Tuesday in the Pee Dee!
The 6th annual “Stars Are Out” talent show at Francis Marion University featured performers with life-long disabilities as well as artists, who displayed their work.
“They thoroughly enjoy this it’s our eighteenth year and for them to be able to perform before an audience is really a great thing for them to be able to show everyone what talent people with disabilities have,” said Walter Sparrow, Director, Florence County Disabilities Foundation.
