Florence School District One registration for 2015-2016 school year

Florence, SC (PRESS RELEASE) -Registration for the 2015-16 school year for students in Florence School District One will take place August 3-7 for high school students and August

5-6 for elementary and middle school students.

Registration for elementary and middle school students will be held Wednesday and Thursday, August 5^th and August 6^th.  All elementary and middle schools will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for registration.

Registration for South Florence High and for West Florence High school students will be held Monday through Thursday, with registration for seniors on Monday, August 3rd; for juniors on Tuesday, August 4^th; for sophomores on Wednesday, August 5^th; and for freshmen on Thursday, August 6^th. Hours of registration are 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for South Florence High and West Florence High.

Wilson High registration dates and times are as follows:  Monday, August 3^rd seniors, 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, August 4^th, juniors and sophomores, 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.; Wednesday, August 5^th, freshmen, 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Schools may extend the registration time to be available for parents who cannot register their children during designated school hours.  Parents should register students at the school for which they are zoned.  Contact the attendance office for school zone information at 673-1164.  The first day of school for students in Florence One is Monday, August 17^th.
