COLUMBIA, SC – South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Zachary Ryan Houghtling 24, of Florence on one charge connected to sexual exploitation of minors.
The Florence Police Department, a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force made the arrest. Investigators with the Attorney General’s Office assisted with the investigation.
Investigators state that Houghtling was involved in downloading and distributing child pornography via the Internet.
Houghtling was arrested on Dec. 1, 2016. He is charged with one count sexual exploitation of a minor second degree a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
