A man has been arrested nearly eight months after a “domestic incident.”
Robert Drulis, with the Florence Police Department, says Willie Ray Caldwell Jr., of Florence, was arrested on Friday in Rockingham, North Carolina. Caldwell’s charges include kidnapping, burglary, and domestic violence. He is being held in Rockingham awaiting extradition.
According to Drulis, Caldwell was involved in a “domestic incident” in the 500 block of Howard Street on November 9.
The Florence Police Department was assisted by the North Carolina Joint Fugitive Taskforce, Rockingham Police Department, and the Hamlet Police Department.
