FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – According to online booking records, the Florence man wanted for sexual conduct with a child is now in jail.
The Florence Police Department asked for the community’s help finding a man wanted for a sex crime against a child.
According to Lt. Mike Brandt with the police department, Travon Dominique Trenton Le’Quan Wiley was wanted on an outstanding warrant for criminal sexual conduct with a minor, second degree.
Wiley reportedly had sexual relations with a 14-year-old in April of 2017, according to Lt. Brandt. Wiley was 21-years-old at the time of the alleged crime.
Online booking records for the Florence County Detention Center indicate Wiley was booked Tuesday, just hours after his photo was released by police. Wiley is being held on a $50,000 bond.
Wiley was arrested in Darlington County in February for DUI, driving under suspension, and possession of marijuana. According to the public index, Wiley has requested a jury trial in that case.
