FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Monday a Florence grandmother took home $125,000 playing the South Carolina Education Lottery.
The release says the woman told lottery officials that once a month she would buy a ticket and last week she purchased the winning ticket from the Sav Way 28 on Second Loop Road. She bought a $125,000 Big Money scratch off and walked away with the top prize.
“I feel like I’ve been blessed,” she said.
She also says that she will be tipping her grandson for cutting her grass this summer and taking a family vacation with the prize money.
Three top prizes of $125,000 remain in the $125,000 Big Money game, at odds of 1 in 480,000.
