FLORENCE, SC – Florence County Sheriff Kenney Boone and his Command Staff are hosting a “Calling All Men” event. According to a press release, men of all ages are invited to attend an open forum to discuss current issues facing the community and ideas on how to address them.
The forum will be held Wednesday, March 29, at the Hugh Leatherman Center located at 600 Senior Way in Florence. The forum starts at 6:00 PM.
The intent of the forum is to increase awareness of trends affecting our communities with a goal of promoting a stronger bond between citizens and law enforcement in Florence County. Local pastors and community leaders who support this effort will also be present. The release states, “We are hopeful that this will become an ongoing dialogue with our community.”
