FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – A Florence County man has been arrested and is accused of possessing “multiple files of child pornography.”

Timothy Glen Kaylor, 65, of Florence was arrested on Thursday on 10 charges “connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor,” according to a press release from the SC Attorney General’s Office. Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigators and the attorney general’s office made the arrest.

Investigators with the Florence Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Secret Service, and members of the state’s ICAC Task Force assisted with the execution of a search warrant and the arrest.

“Investigators state Kaylor possessed multiple files of child pornography,” the release said. He is charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the third degree, which is “a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.”

The case will be prosecuted by the attorney general’s office.
