Florence City Council approved a plan for an apartment complex and parking deck in downtown Florence Monday, according to Florence City Council member Robbie Hill.
The complex will house apartment units.
No word on the exact location for the apartment complex.
The plan now goes to the Design and Review Board.
Construction crews will break ground on the new complex in a few months, according to Hill.
