Firefighters continue to battle a barn fire in Horry County early Monday evening.
According to Julius Graham, spokesman for Horry County Fire Rescue, the fire started around 4:50 p.m. near the 3200-block of Highway 66.
Graham says the flames spread to a nearby wooded area and affected several power lines around the barn. He says the South Carolina Forestry Commission has been requested to respond to the scene.
No additional details were made available.
