FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Investigators with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office arrested three more people in connection with the murder of Bobby Junior Evans. Evans was reported missing by family members on October 3, 2016. His remains were discovered on October 10, 2016 near Victor White Road, Timmonsville. Investigators arrested Briheem Anthony Williams on October 13, and charged him with Evans’ murder.
Thursday, Major Mike Nunn said three more people are charged in the case. Kevin Deshawn Rogers, 21 years old; Antonio Levern McAllister, 25 years old; and Ronnie Rondell Jackson, Jr., 23 years old, are all charged with Attempted Murder, Kidnapping, and Accessory Before the Fact of a Felony. All three men are from Timmonsville.
According to Investigators, on or about September 24, 2016 these suspects and one other are alleged to have conspired with and encouraged Williams to kill Evans. Investigators further allege that Williams later killed Evans and afterwards was held against his will by the other suspects who attempted to kill him.
Bond for all of these suspects and Williams has been denied.
Investigators have outstanding warrants for an additional suspect, Edwin Evander Small, age 29, of 550 West Darlington Street, Florence, SC. He should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
