LAURENS., SC – One woman has been arrested after a picture was posted on Facebook of a child with packing tape around his head and mouth, the Index-Journal reports.
They say 21-year-old Miranda Jade Debeau has been charged with cruelty to children.
An employee with the Department of Social Services said she received an image of a Facebook post by a woman that said “I’m horrible” and included several laughing emoticons, according to the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office.
The Index-Journal reports that the woman who posted the image is related to the child.
