They tracked 9,000 children and found unhealthy childhood behaviors, especially bad diets, drive up cholesterol and blood pressure levels. A new study links breastfeeding to higher intelligence and earning ability. Researchers in Brazil followed more than 3,500 newborns for 30 years and found the longer a baby breastfeeds in the first year of life, the greater the benefits, regardless of social class.
