DILLON, SC (WBTW) – A Dillon County man has been charged with assaulting an elderly woman.
Johnny Alex Humphrey, 23, was charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature in connection with the assault of a 74-year-old woman from Latta, according to Cap. Cliff Arnette, with the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident happened on Sunday.
