FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Darlington County deputies investigate a shooting that happened late Tuesday night.
Lt. Robert Kilgo with the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office says it happened on the 700 block of Steerfork Drive at 11:30 p.m. In a press release, officials say separated parents were exchanging a child when several family members began to argue.
The argument eventually turned physical and one man was shot. Lt. Kilgo did not comment on who shot the man or if a suspect is in custody.
A woman was also taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.
