Deputies with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office have arrested four people in connection with an armed robbery and burglary.
According a press release from the FCSO, the following people were arrested:
- Kathryn Victoria Taylor, 18, of Florence
- Jaquavion Antwon Canty, 18, of Hemmingway
- Raequawn Graham, 20, of Johnsonville
- Alexa Danielle Gainey, 21, of Florence
“According to Investigators, on or about January 24, 2019, Raequawn Graham and Jaquavian Antwan Canty are alleged to have entered the home of the victim on Allie’s Court in Florence County in the night time for the purpose of robbing the victim,” stated the release. Graham and Canty were allegedly armed with guns upon entering the home and are accused of robbing the victim of cash, a cell phone, and several guns.
Taylor and Ganey allegedly “conspired with Graham and Canty to commit the burglary and robbery and provided material assistance both before and after the crimes.”
Gainey, Graham and Canty are in the Florence County Detention Center and were denied bond by a Florence County magistrate. Taylor was released from the detention center on Friday after posting a $15,000 bond.
