Bennettsville, South Carolina—The Dennis Miller jamboree of champions football classic is less than a month away and Marlboro County head football coach Dean Boyd hosted the events media day in Bennettsville earlier today at The Skye.

The jamboree is known as one of the most competitive preseason events not only in the Pee Dee but in the state with 12 teams competing, three of which are coming off of state championship game appearance with Dillon and Lamar winning.

This years jamboree will be held on August 10 at McAlpine Stadium in Marlboro County. Tickets can either be purchased through the school for $5 or at the gates for $7.

7:00 – Lamar vs Chesterfield

8:00 – Dillon vs Darlington

9:00 Cheraw vs Hartsville

10:00 – Lake View vs Marlboro County
